Snapshot

The number of women practising law in Victoria has topped 54 per cent of all registered lawyers, according to new data published in the 2023 annual report from the Victorian Legal Services Board and Commissioner (VLSB+C). Yet, it is still rare to find workplace practices and policies which cater to the unique needs and situations experienced by women in the workplace.

Open conversations on menstrual and menopause wellbeing, is an important way to reduce stigma and enable lawyers to manage their wellbeing in an inclusive way.

Thank you to the extraordinary allies and supportive colleagues in the legal community.
